band yesterday was good.. =)
most probably taking the video for SYF. hopefully it'll be good. and smooth. mr refat commented.. that our band sounded nice than that time when we were performing at macritche.. ms tan commented.. that our band tone had improved. =) bass was good! solid! happy to see the band improving.. cos it also means that we're quite near to our target. ^-^ so work hard guys! nothing much to add on. cos i can't be bothered with all those things. shall see how it goes on. since nice tone can't help it. den we'll see how it should be done. =) [`Min-] --> |Ma9daLene| Friday, January 28, 2005, 11:53 AM

hmm.. i've not made myself clear? maybe.. wadever i'm bloggin here.. there are NO OFFENSE made! i wasn't aiming neither am i pointing at any particular person. even if we appreciated how well u all did.. do u all noE? likewise. when we majors are trying to do something to improve discipline and moral of band. does anyone appreciates it? wad did we get back in the end? once again. if there's any offense. i apologise. but dun say we never put ourselves in ur shoes. cos we were once like u all. forgive me if there's any offence. but please understand. it's all for the band's sake. if u wanna be look up upon on. den please understand wad i'm trying to tell you. 1stly. i saw some improvements with the band. and that's something good to hear. =) i bleaf with all those improvements, it'll be good for the SYF. =) if u dun wanna be look down again. den please! wake up! it's still not too late to wake up. u still got 3 months to work hard for. u should understand how we got look down feels like. it sucks rite? wad we wan, it's like.. so difficult to ask for? den if u wan a room of our own. it's like a never-gonna-happen thingy. unless we show results,rite? so please. change ur attitude. improve on ur skills. bring back instruments to practise. it'll help. during sectionals.. dun play around. dun fool around. do wad u're supposed to do. listen to wad ur SL/senior teachers u.. 2ndly. percussions. i'm not trying to aim at u.. but continuously attitude like that will make us feel irritated. i noe it's boring for u all when ms tan is teaching. i noe it's tiring for u all to stand for every mins and secs. if u feel tired. sure, not a problem. get a chair and sit by the percussion which u're gonna play. and not gather around and talk again. and please. dun use ur hps and dun listen to musics. it's rude. u'll never noe how it feels for ppl infront when they see u doing all those. stand in other ppl's shoe. i noe it's unfair. but please understand. discipline is also important. u wanna talk, can! but at least softly. and also. get ready so that when we're gonna combine to play.. u all will be alert. it's a good thing to see percussionists' spirit in band. but show us ur disciplined spirit oso. ps: no offense. now is attendance problem. badn is the CCA u chose. so please attend every practice. dun always absent urself. especially when SYF is approaching. for the sake of ur seniors. and us. please show us good attendance. every practice u're absent. u'll miss something to learn. and ur drills! omg! where had all those tidiness and neatness been to? last year. drills were like satisfaction. still not so bad. but after some time not having drills. it's all so messy. please brush up ur drills oso. we're gonna do the taping soon. dun throw ur own face infront of the adjudicators. about complaining. please. dun always complain. wad u're asked to do, just do. if u're punished doing push-ups. just do! u've got no harm. at most, we majors did double. if ur discipline is still not gonna change. there'll be more pumpings. i'm sure u all dun wan them. so all u need to do is.. when u see someone standing infront, just keep ur mouth shut. and listen to wad that person wanna say. it'll help alot. and in that way, u wun see our attitude. u wun receive scoldings too. neither any punishments. cos u're showing us discipline. wadelse can we ask for? so please understand our shoes. =) as for asking u all to report early. ok. i noe it's partly the fault of the troublesome signing in and out of instruments. but please. at least make it faster. especially on tues. by the time u're ready to blow. it's already bout 4. so please, make it quick and get it done at once. hoho.. wrote so much le. once again. no offense and thanks for understanding. =) -gone- [`Min-] --> |Ma9daLeNe| Wednesday, January 26, 2005, 10:00 PM
